Nervous System Regulation Training for Pittsburgh area First Responders
Every day, first responders are expected to perform under pressure, make critical decisions, and stay ready for whatever comes next. Over time, that level of demand can make it difficult to fully recover between shifts, get quality sleep, or switch off when the workday ends.
That's why we're launching the Code 4 Initiative, a new effort to expand access to neurofeedback training for first responders throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Our goal is simple: work with police officers, firefighters, and EMS professionals to create opportunities for reduced-cost or no-cost neurofeedback services for those who serve our communities.
What Is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a form of brain and nervous system training.
Just as physical conditioning helps train the body, neurofeedback helps train the brain and nervous system to operate more efficiently under stress. Sessions are comfortable, non-invasive, and require no effort from you.
You don't have to talk about anything.
This isn't therapy. It's nervous system regulation training designed for people who operate in high-stress environments.
Why First Responders?
The demands of police, fire, and EMS work are unique. Performance matters. Recovery matters. Sleep matters.
Many first responders are looking for ways to improve:
Our focus is helping your system recover, reset, and perform at its best.
See Neurofeedback in Action
One of the biggest challenges with neurofeedback is that many people have not been exposed to it before.
To help departments learn more, we offer mobile neurofeedback demonstrations throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.
We'll bring our mobile neurofeedback equipment to your station, department, training facility, or workplace and demonstrate neurofeedback with actual first responders. We're simply offering an opportunity to see how neurofeedback works and experience it firsthand.

If there is enough interest, we will work with community partners, donors, and local organizations to expand access to free or reduced-cost neurofeedback services for first responders throughout the region.
Interested?
If you're a first responder in the Greater Pittsburgh area—or represent a department that would like to learn more about neurofeedback training, host a demonstration, or explore partnership opportunities—we'd like to hear from you.
Together, we can build a practical, performance-focused resource designed specifically for the people who answer the call when others need help.
